How to send us a support request or inquiry:
- If you have a question, check out the Tramigo Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ).
- If you don't find an answer to your question , please send a message to support@avral.com and include the
following details:
- Version number of the Tramigo software. To find
out, go to Help/About.
- Operating systems details including Service Pack number if
applicable, e.g. Windows NT 4.0 SP5 (to find out, start Windows Explorer,
go to Help/About and copy the full version details into your email).
- The locale settings of your computer (to find out, go to
Start/Settings/Control Panel and click on Regional Options).
- Version number of Macromedia Flash you are using (if applicable).
- Software you are using to enter non-Latin characters (if
applicable), e.g. an Input Method Editor for entering Far Eastern
characters.
- Your question (if you think you have a problem please include a
detailed description and steps needed to repeat the problem). Do
not send any attachments, if we need your project files we will ask
you to send them.
