When you register your copy of the Avral URLchopper software, you will get free email support for an
unlimited time and free upgrades for 1 year. Even before you
register, you will get free email support for the duration of the
evaluation period (enter your email address prior to downloading the evaluation version of the URLchopper software to get this free support).
If you have a question, check out the URLchopper Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ).
If the FAQ page does not answer your question, please send your message to
support@avral.com and include the
following details:
- Your registration name and registration code (this applies only if you are a registered user; you can find your registration name and registration code in the email receipt sent to you as part of the registration process).
- The version number of your URLchopper installation (you can find it
in the file README.TXT located in the directory where you installed
URLchopper, typically C:\Program Files\URLchopper).
- Operating systems details including Service Pack number if
applicable, e.g. Windows NT 4.0 SP5 (to find out, start Windows Explorer,
go to Help/About and copy the full version details into your email).
- The version of Internet Explorer you are using (to find out, start
the browser, go to Help/About and copy the full version details into
your email).
- Your question (if you think you have a problem please include a
detailed description and steps needed to repeat the problem).
We strive to answer all urgent inquiries within one working day and non-urgent inquiries within two working days.
On rare occasions, emails disappear in the middle of digital
